One of the greatest gains that come along with joining a sorority is the connection and support that you receive from your sisters. The Theta Mu Chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta shares a sisterhood unlike any other. The ties made here last long beyone the college years. With every triumph and disappointment, each Alpha Gam knows she can count on her sisters to be by her side.

Each semester, the sisters of the Theta Mu Chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta hold many social events. We enjoy meeting members of other Greek organizations at various mixers. Some of the mixer themes the sisters have enjoyed in the past year include Old School Nickelodean, Down Under, Glo Big or Go Home, Graffiti, and Librarians and Barbarians. The sisters of Alpha Gamma Delta also enjoy grab-a-dates and other various formal events. Annually, Theta Mu holds a semiformal and a formal where sisters bring a date and dress up. The sisters also look forward to the annual Halloween Grab-A-Date and Valentine's Cocktail in which they also choose a date to bring.

Social Events

Some of the fondest memories that a sister of Alpha Gamma Delta takes from her college years, are the times spent with her sisters. Each semester, the Theta Mu Chapter works hard to plan many exciting sisterhood events. Some of these in the past have included potluck dinners, movie nights, basketball games, ice cream socials, bowling, and cookouts. Countless memories have been made when we all get together. Every semester, a sisterhood retreat is planned to bring all the sisters together for a night. At these retreats, the sisters gather together to eat, play games, and spend quality time with each other. The location is always somewhere new and the sisters always enjoy getting away together.
